Where in Turkey can you deliver flowers?
Anywhere in Türkiye: all 81 provinces, from city centres down to neighbourhoods and villages. Choose the district or neighbourhood on the product page and you will see straight away whether we deliver there and whether there is a delivery fee. We also deliver to hospitals, hotels, offices and funeral homes.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Turkey?
Yes. Orders placed by 14:00 Türkiye time are delivered the same day in big cities such as Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya and Bursa. Türkiye does not change its clocks, so from the UK that is 11:00 in winter and 12:00 in summer. Remote districts and villages are usually served the next day; the product page shows the earliest date for the address you choose.
Are the flowers shipped from abroad?
No. A partner florist near the recipient arranges the flowers fresh on the delivery day and hands them over in person. Nothing crosses a border, so there are no customs fees and nothing spends days in a box.
How do I know my flowers were delivered?
Our florist takes a photo at every delivery. You receive it by email with the name of the person who received the flowers and the time, and you can also see it on the Track Order page.
What if the recipient is not at home?
The courier first calls the recipient's phone number you gave us. If nobody answers, the flowers are left with a suitable neighbour, the building caretaker or a reception desk, or the courier tries again the same day, and we tell you what happened. That is why a correct recipient phone number matters.
Can I write the card message in English?
Yes. Write up to 300 characters in English, Turkish, German or Russian. If the recipient does not read your language, tell us after ordering via WhatsApp or at info@flowerturkiye.com and we will add a Turkish translation to the card free of charge.
Which currency am I charged in, and which cards work?
Prices are also shown in your own currency for reference, but your card is charged in Turkish lira (TRY) and your bank does the conversion. Payment is taken on your bank's 3D Secure page and we never store card details. Visa and Mastercard cards from most countries work; cards issued in Russia currently do not, because of international restrictions.
